Last year, 12 participants took that message to heart and rambled over 400 miles in a weekly, non competitive run or walk all in the name of fun, but in the end discovered camaraderie and improved fitness. The course which measures 3.25 miles is a relatively flat pedestrian path meandering along the Clinton River. You don’t have to cover the entire distance, but getting out even for 15 minutes can clear your head after a long day and give you a chance to get in some play (oops, I mean fitness).
