It is time to start the 16 week buildup to the North Country 50 miler. Plan to follow, CHECK, Heart rate monitor, CHECK, Pasty white knobby legs for motivation, CHECK, Soon to be free from work responsibilites (school's out for summer!!) to dedicate self to plan, CHECK.
Year to date total: 724.71 miles/125 hr 13 min
